Fort Advocaten (“FORT”)  is pleased to announce that Dirk van den Berg will be joining its team as of 1 October 2018.

Dirk van den Berg has worked as a lawyer since 1991, specialising in real estate law, franchise law, commercial tenancy law and distribution law.

He advises a large number of businesses in the petrol stations sector, on contracts with oil companies and other subjects. He furthermore advises businesses, in particular in the retail sector, in the fields of commercial tenancy law and franchise.

Dirk has broad litigation experience, in both preliminary relief proceedings and proceedings on the merits. He litigates when necessary, but also acts as a mediator and always considers the possibilities of a favourable settlement.

Dirk’s expertise is an excellent addition to FORT’s current real estate and franchise practice. We are very pleased to welcome Dirk and look forward to working with him.
